Instant Flow works without sign-up or account. We do not collect your name, email, location, or contacts. The app does not use the microphone and includes no analytics or advertising tracking.
Your preferences (goal, theme, saved mixes, Pomodoro configuration) and stats (focus sessions, streaks, minutes) are stored locally on your device via app storage. They are never sent to our servers (we have none) and are removed if you uninstall the app.
The iOS version currently submitted is fully free: it offers no in-app purchase, account, or tracking. If a future version adds purchases, this page will be updated before that version is published.
Instant Flow shows no ads and performs no cross-app tracking. No data is shared for advertising purposes.
Instant Flow is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.
Instant Flow is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not replace any treatment and collects no health data.
Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete. Your settings and stats stay on your device.
